SE During COVID-19
Somatic Experiencing Montreal is committed to delivering a safe and effective training program to all students. With that in mind, the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our typical idea of what a training weekend looks like.
SE Montreal continues to keep informed on Montreal-specific recommendations and guidance from local public health officials and experts.

SE Training Assistants are present for the duration of a training to help students solidify what they have learned and provide them with feedback on how they practice SE principles. Each Assistant brings something truly unique to the program, enabling a learning environment with varying perspectives and areas of expertise such as psychotherapy, yoga, movement, massage therapy, sex therapy, and more.
If you are qualified to assist at the Beginning and Intermediate levels and are interesting in Assisting in Montreal beyond 2023, please be in touch with Lauren at semontrealtraining@gmail.com.
Costs & Scholarships
The cost to take Somatic Experiencing is $1150.00 CAD +QST/GST (1322.21 CAD) plus applicable taxes per module for the Beginning and Intermediate Levels. Both Beginning and Intermediate levels are made up of three separate modules. There will also be a one-time application fee of $250. Applicants who are not accepted into the program will receive a $200 refund on their application. For applicants who are planning to apply for a scholarship and the application fee represents a barrier to apply, please contact us by email and we will make suitable arrangements for your application.

For students who may not otherwise be able to attend the training, we have limited scholarships at either a 25% or 50% fee reduction. With this scholarship, we aim to provide 20% of all Montreal students with a fee reduction that will help them take the training and bring course teachings to marginalized individuals and communities. Students seeking a scholarship will submit their Scholarship Application with their general course application form.

Please note that our scholarship program is Montreal-specific, and may not be relevant to other SE training locations.
