I am a Somatic Therapy Practitioner based in Montreal, Canada, integrating Somatic Experiencing®, Transforming Touch®, attachment-focused approaches, IFS-inspired parts work, and inner child healing, with a particular focus on complex and developmental trauma.

My approach is integrative, relational, and grounded in the understanding that healing happens not only through insight, but through the body, the nervous system, and the experience of safe connection. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals whose struggles are rooted in early attachment wounds, developmental experiences, and patterns that persist despite years of self-awareness and personal growth.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and a great deal of heart to this work. My intention is to create a space where people feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover new possibilities for healing, resilience, and belonging—at a pace that honors the wisdom of the nervous system.
