Caroline St-Onge

She/her

I'm a yoga teacher since 2010, a naturopath, and an Advanced Level 2 student in Somatic Experiencing®. I support adults facing relational trauma, chronic stress, and nervous system dysregulation through an approach grounded in embodiment, safety, and regulation.

My background includes over twenty-five years of personal yoga practice, ongoing training in functional anatomy, breathwork, meditation, and somatic pedagogy, as well as formal education in naturopathy oriented toward holistic health. I'm currently completing Advanced Level 2 of the Somatic Experiencing® training and I'm committed to the long-term integration of this work.

I work especially with complex relational trauma, attachment and developmental trauma, and the specific dynamics of parental alienation — a rarely named yet deeply impactful form of relational trauma for both parents and children. My work centers on nervous system regulation, relational safety, and the rebuilding of inner coherence.

I also develop somatic and educational programs for adults, parents, and adolescents, integrating psychoeducation, breath, imagery, writing, and symbolic narrative, and collaborate with a community organization in parental support contexts.

My wish to serve as a Somatic Experiencing® assistant reflects a long-term commitment to embodied learning, ethical practice, and supporting students through a respectful and nervous-system-informed training process.
