I'm Hayden (they/them), a SEP, individual therapist and Licensed Individual Clinical Social Worker practicing between the Green Mountains and Lake Champlain, on unceded Abenaki Territory, aka Vermont. The land I live on is both a great support and a source of motivation for my work - to care for and protect all beings here. An ongoing student of anti-oppressive practice, embracing the complex histories our bodies carry is core to the work I do. Play, creativity and even silliness(!) are also important aspects of this, to me. I find a lot of delight in supporting people to connect with where ever they are at, however they are experiencing their heart-mind-body, at any given moment. I aspire for my work to be collaborative, and to help folks cultivate intimacy with themselves to support authentic choice in life. While I practice as a white-bodied, trans and nonbinary queer person who lives with chronic pain and illness, and often work with folks of shared identities, I welcome whomever is drawn to work with me.
