Sky (they/them) is an early-career Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. They came to SE through chronic illness and a longing to learn about embodiment and relationship with the living Earth. Alongside SE, Sky is also trained in diverse eco-therapeutic modalities and as a Somatic Movement Practitioner (ISMETA). Sky is motivated by questions of bodily intelligence and the power of healing, belonging, and responsibility in these times of uncertainty. Iel est arrivée au SE à travers son expérience de la maladie chronique et un désir d’explorer la présence incarnée ainsi que notre relation avec la Terre vivante. En plus du Somatic Experiencing, Sky est form·e à diverses approches écothérapeutiques et comme praticien en mouvement somatique (ISMETA). Sky est animée par des questions liées à l’intelligence du corps et au pouvoir de la guérison, de l’appartenance et de la responsabilité en cette période d’incertitude.
